Where are the wallets made?

The Fw's are made and shipped from the UK


WHO MAKES THEM?

Fusion Wallets are a handmade item, They are all made from start to finish by myself , All CNC Machining and finishing is done in my own workshop.


Why can't i buy one to be shipped immediately?

As much as i would love to be able to send orders out on  a daily basis i cannot, The handmade nature of the FW means that each one takes any from 3-6 hours to fully finish off, Each month i produce a batch of around 100 wallets, The first half of the month is spent making all the necessary parts and then the latter half of the month is spent assembling and finishing the wallets, Only then will the entire batch be shipped. Doing it this way allows me to group takes together and produce them as quickly as possible.


Once shipped how long UNTIL my order arrives?

All orders are sent via the Uk's Royal Mail Postal service, 

UK 2-4 Days

Europe 6-10 Days

North and South America  10 - 14 Days

Asia / Australia - 10-16 Days

If asked before purchase i can post with full tracking but extra shipping costs will be incurred on the part of the CUSTOMER.


My order is missing/late or damaged on arrival?

If your order is damaged once it arrive i will fully replace or refund you for the wallet depending on your preference.

If your order is late or missing then i would ask you please contact me via email so i can personally look into the situation you can do this by emailing me at fusionwallet@gmail.com , In your email please state your name, Order number and the product you have ordered as it will help me to identify your order and get back to you.


I've emailed you and gotten no reply?!?

I Always endeavor to get back to emails as soon as possible, but due to the high workload as the sole operator at Fusion Wallets It may take me 48- 72 hours to get back to you on general enquires, If you still have not heard from me please rather than wait in frustration email me again as your message may have gotten lost  or stuck along the way somewhere. I'm always here and more than willing to help you out in any way i can.
